SocialDock provides a free online tool that allows users to download publicly available content from various social media platforms including but not limited to:

We do not host any content on our servers. We merely provide links to media that is already publicly available on these platforms.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Download or use content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Download private or protected content without proper authorization
• Use downloaded content for commercial purposes without permission from the content owner
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense downloaded content
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service

• Any legal action taken against you for your use of downloaded content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialDock, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

SocialDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the social media platforms from which content can be downloaded, including but not limited to Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.

These platforms may have their own terms of service that prohibit downloading content. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with:
